Under normal circumstances, buyers can return the products for free maintenance within one year, but at the same time the buyer needs to pay all the shipping costs of both parties. This means that you should pay us the shipping cost so that we can send them back to you. If the buyer breaks the item and some components need to be changed, we will charge the original value of these components.


30-day return policy and conditions


We believe that you will be satisfied with your product, but if you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you need to return it. Our goal is to streamline the process as much as possible, and these terms will not affect your legal rights. You can return the product within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Customers must pay for return shipping.

Our refund policy is as follows:


If you have not received the product, we will refund the amount you paid for the order. The refund will be refunded within 14 working days from the date we receive your notice to cancel this contract. For this refund, we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction.

If you have received the product, you must return the product as soon as possible and return it within 30 days of delivery. The details of the product return location will be listed in the return document. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product using the appropriate tracking and insurance shipping methods.


If we do not receive your product, we may arrange to collect the product from your shipping address at your expense. We will refund or resubmit you (received/cancelled order) to refund any amount you have paid or deducted from the payment method.


If the consumable cannot be returned due to its nature, you will not be entitled to cancel the contract unless you find a failure that cannot be discovered other than the open item.


You only pay for the loss of the value of the goods lost as a result of handling such items, without having to check the quality, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
